Explosive new revelations have come to light that Keir Starmer’s voice coach, Leonie Mellinger, travelled between different Covid tiers while the rest of Britain stuck to the rules.

And what was the occasion? A little acting masterclass for Sir Keir, of course. You couldn’t make it up.

Mellinger was spotted at Labour’s London HQ on Christmas Eve 2020, smack bang in the middle of Tier 4 restrictions. On the same day, she posted a picture of an empty train with the caption “going home”. Three days later, she uploaded a snap of Brighton Beach—which was in Tier 3 at the time.

Tier 4 rules stated clearly: “Residents in Tiers 1 to 3 should not enter Tier 4 areas.” But it seems the rules didn’t apply to Starmer’s “key worker” voice coach.

Mellinger, a former actress, trained Starmer on his speech delivery from 2017 to at least 2021. On Dec 24, 2020, she even took a selfie inside Labour HQ while Starmer was delivering an 11-minute press conference on Boris Johnson’s Brexit deal.

When pressed on this, No10 refused to answer, insisting it all happened before Starmer became PM. So, does that confirm it did happen? Looks like it. That’s a start.

But here’s the real question: Are they seriously suggesting the Leader of the Opposition didn’t have to follow the same lockdown laws as the rest of us? That’s a bit rich, isn’t it?

TORY BACKLASH

The Tories are fuming, and rightly so. A party spokesman told The Telegraph: “The Prime Minister ran away from questions about an alleged lockdown breach by his ‘key worker’ acting coach. What is he hiding?”

Richard Holden, the Conservative shadow paymaster general, added:

“Sir Keir Starmer repeatedly claimed he’d followed all the rules and even promised to step down if he was found to have broken any.”

“These revelations suggest he misled the public and disregarded the law while people across our country made immense sacrifices.”

RULES FOR THEE, BUT NOT FOR ME?

Millions of Brits made gut-wrenching sacrifices during Covid.

  • They missed funerals.
  • They cancelled weddings.
  • They said their final goodbyes over Zoom.

But Starmer? Allegedly getting private coaching lessons while calling for Boris Johnson to resign over “some cake put on a desk in his place of work during a word day and on his birthday.”

And let’s not forget Mellinger’s own tweets. She was more than happy to reshare Starmer’s attacks on Boris. She even posted:

  • “Boris Johnson and Rishi Sunak have broken the law and repeatedly lied to the British public. They must both resign.”
  • “The party is over, Boris Johnson. Resign.”

But now? Radio silence.

TIME FOR ANSWERS

So, let’s get some clarity, shall we?

🔹 Did Starmer personally approve his vocal coach as a ‘key worker’ to dodge lockdown laws?
🔹 Did Labour take legal advice to get around the regulations?
🔹 Why won’t No10 simply deny the allegations outright if there’s nothing to hide?

If this is all proven true, it’s game over for Starmer. No ifs, no buts.

Claire Bullivant, editor of The Conservative Post, has personally written to Starmer, demanding answers.

She wrote: “Sir Keir Starmer, you assured the nation you followed all Covid rules to the letter. Yet these revelations suggest otherwise. You said you’d step down if found to have broken the rules—so, what say you now?”

The British public deserves the truth. Time to step up, Four-Tier Keir.
