In a passionate letter to Conservative Post readers, we are calling on party members to support Robert Jenrick in the upcoming leadership contest.
Highlighting his bold vision for reform, including returning power to the membership and tackling key national challenges, a letter from our Editor outlines why Robert Jenrick is the candidate to unite the party and secure a future victory.
The following is our Editor’s letter to Conservative Party Members:
Dear Readers,
Our great party stands at a crossroads. After suffering the worst defeat in our history, it would be all too easy to fall into despair. But fear not, dear Conservatives, for there is hope on the horizon—a hope for change, reform, and the chance to restore our party to its rightful place at the helm of this great nation.
At Conservative Post, we are issuing a rallying cry—a call to arms for every member to get behind the one candidate with the boldness, the vision, and the mettle to take us forward. That man, dear readers, is Robert Jenrick.
Why Robert? Because he is the only candidate with the courage to do what’s needed: change CCHQ and hand power back to you—the membership! No more centralised control, no more faceless bureaucrats picking your candidates. Under Robert’s leadership, it’s the members who will choose who stands for Parliament, putting you back at the heart of our democracy.
And here’s the real coup de maître—Robert has announced that Jacob Rees-Mogg would be his party chairman. Yes, the man with an unbending spine of conviction, ready to drive through party reform and empower you, the members. It’s about time, wouldn’t you agree?
Robert is the man to unite our party, bring us back together, and deliver serious, conservative answers to the enormous challenges we face. And here’s the clincher: Robert will bring back Boris! Yes, you heard me right. The very Boris Johnson who is, without question, one of the finest campaigners in our party’s history. A star, a colossus, the man who delivered Brexit—Boris belongs on the field, not on the bench.
Robert Jenrick knows what it takes to defeat this shambolic Labour government in 5 years time and hold them to account in the meantime. His stance on illegal migration is bold and unapologetic. He recognises that to stop the boats, we must leave the European Convention on Human Rights, allowing us to deal properly with dangerous foreign criminals. His plan to remove 100,000 illegal migrants in a year by suspending aid and visas to uncooperative nations is the kind of practical, no-nonsense thinking we need.
And on legal migration, Robert—just as he did in government—will slash the numbers. A binding cap set by Parliament in the tens of thousands or lower. That’s the kind of clear, focused leadership we need to put Britain first.
On the economy, he knows the path forward is to improve the lives of our own people by prioritising cheap, reliable energy, getting people off welfare and back into meaningful work, and focusing on real skills, not these low-value degrees that do little more than saddle our young with debt. By slashing the welfare bill, Robert has set out how we can cut 2p off income tax—real savings for hardworking Britons.
As for the NHS, Robert knows it is a public service to be reformed—not a sacred cow to be worshipped. He has the courage to tell the truth where others shy away.
And make no mistake, Robert will take the fight directly to Labour and that meandering, flip-flopping, two-tier Keir Starmer, whose government, if you can believe it, is already mired in sleaze. The polling is clear: Robert Jenrick is the best candidate to win back the voters we lost to Reform on the right and Labour on the left.
So I say to you, fellow Conservatives: VOTE for Robert Jenrick. The very future of our party—and indeed our country—is at stake. Let’s back the man who will bring about the change we desperately need.
Yours, Claire Bullivant, Editor

All three of them are WEF stooges and Boris is tied to Putin as well through his contacts with former GRU agents. Kemi Badenoch fights against wokeism, cultural Marxism, and for the free market. The choice is clear is the Conservative and Unionist Party is not to become a mere appendage of the Liberal Democrats.
Dont agree I am SO HAPPY if these 3 were in the Leadership ……oh please let JENRICK WIN
saying my prayers”
