HRH The Prince of Wales yesterday (Monday, October 12, 2020) literally made a flying visit to Catterick Garrison in North Yorkshire.

The Prince was visiting the Royal Dragoon Guards (RDG) based at Alma Lines in Munster Barracks in the Garrison in his role as Colonel-in-Chief of the Regiment and before the unit moves on to pastures new next month.

In addition, he presented Major Charles Mackain-Bremner his Long Service Good Conduct (LSGC) medal, Corporals Charley-Ann Acaster and Harriet Ashcroft their Regimental Forage Caps on transfer from the RAMC, Lance Corporal Peter Askew a Regimental Commendation and finally Troopers Elliot Clemson and Raviit Singh their Lance Corporal rank slides on promotion.
